Bali Hit by the Worst Flood in a Decade

Heavy rainfall caused massive flooding across several areas of Bali Province on Wednesday (10/9). Thousands of homes were submerged, dozens collapsed, and hundreds of vehicles were inundated. At least 14 people have died, 2 are missing, and 562 have been displaced.

Human Initiative has coordinated with local volunteers and stakeholders to conduct initial assessments and respond to the urgent needs of survivors.

🤲 Urgent needs currently required include: ready-to-eat meals, drinking water, sleeping mats, baby supplies, and sanitation kits.
