Community Empowerment

True sustainability comes from within communities. Our programme works with women-headed households and marginalised families in Yogyakarta to build self-sustaining livelihoods through micro-enterprise development, cooperative formation, and financial literacy training.

Participants receive seed capital grants, business mentorship, and market access support, enabling them to launch or grow small businesses in batik production, food processing, and handicrafts. Since 2022, 450 women have graduated from our 12-month incubator, with 78% maintaining profitable businesses two years later. Each enterprise creates employment for 2–3 additional community members.
